Anke derives a deep understanding of the workings of the human mind and emotional body from her background in psychology as well as her extensive experiences with a wide range of spiritual practices.
For the past 13 years in NYC, Anke has taught people the F.M. Alexander Technique, a system of psycho-physical reeducation that provides a way of letting go of their habitual patterns of holding excess tension in the body. These tension patterns always have an emotional cause and often lead to a variety of physical problems including neck and back pain, headaches, joint problems, trigger points, RSI, and more.
Anke is also a certified energy healer in the lineage of VortexHealing® energetic therapy. VortexHealing is able to directly transform the karmic root causes of any problem by bridging divine energy and divine consciousness into the receiver’s karmic body, thereby releasing the client’s particular beliefs in separation that hold the issue in place.

Certified Feng Shui Consultant
Anke is the founder of The Art of Alignment™ Studio in New York City. She has completed extensive training in each of the three major schools of Feng Shui: Form School Feng Shui, Classical Feng Shui (also known as the Compass School) and BTB Feng Shui as taught by Grandmaster Professor Lin Yun.
She is a graduate of the New York School of Feng Shui, the oldest established school for classical Feng Shui training in the West. In addition to having studied with Grandmaster ProfessorLin Yun, she has also been personally mentored by Katherine Metz, the foremost expert on his teachings. Additionally, Anke has completed intensive studies with other well-known experts in Building Biology (Baubiology), Chinese Astrology and Sacred Geometry.
